What we clean
Recurring service is where we do our best work. The more consistent the schedule, the less there is to fight each visit, and the less you pay per visit.
Residential cleaning
- Weekly, every other week, or monthly

Home cleaning starting at $125 Priced on finished square footage, not by the hour. Every other week is our most common schedule, and the more often we come, the less each visit costs.
Small commercial cleaning

$150 – $485 per visit Where most suites between 1,500 and 3,000 sq ft land. $150 minimum per visit. Flat rate quoted after a walkthrough, no hourly billing and no surprise line items. More than one suite in your building? Everyone's rate drops.
How the quote works
We don't guess at a number from the doorway. We walk the space, count what actually drives the time, and send you something in writing you can hold us to.
We walk it with you
Fifteen minutes on site. We look at square footage, restrooms, floor types, and anything the last cleaner was or wasn't doing.
You get it in writing
A written quote within 24 hours, with a checklist by area attached. You know exactly what's included before you agree to anything.
We show up
Same two people, same schedule, every time. If we ever miss something on that checklist, we come back and redo it free within 24 hours.
Need more than the regular clean?
These aren't part of a standard visit, but we do them, and it's usually cheaper to add one to a scheduled visit than to bring somebody else in.
